Step 01— Clean off your skin properly with a cleanser or exfoliator

For hair care:
Step 01— Take some sesame oil as per your hair length
Step 02— Apply and massage gently onto your scalp and hair (concentrate on root tips, if required)
Step 03— Keep it on for 1 hour
Step 04— Wash off with a mild shampoo
