HOW TO USE
Step 01— Mix a few drops of bergamot oil in 1 tsp of carrier oil
Step 02— Massage gently for 3-5 minutes
Step 03— Keep it overnight
Step 04— Wash it off with mild shampoo in the morning
(1 drop of essential oil per teaspoon of carrier oil for 1% dilution)
For skin care:
Step 01— Mix 1 drop of bergamot oil in 1 tsp any carrier oil
Step 02— Gently massage the oil onto the skin
Step 03— Let the skin absorb its goodness overnight
(1 drop of essential oil per teaspoon of carrier oil for 1% dilution)
You can always store the leftover mixture in a dark colored flip-top container
