HOW TO USE
Step 01—Pour a small amount of sunflower oil directly on your palm
Step 02—Rub it over your pre-cleaned skin in small circular motions
Step 03—Allow it to get completely absorbed
Step 04—No need to rinse
For hair:
Step 01— Warm 2-3 tbsp of sunflower oil
Step 03— Leave it for 45 mins (wrapping with a warm towel is optional)
Step 04— Wash away with your regular shampoo and conditioner

My hair was tooo thin... after using a month or so now it has improved the thickness though it will take time for full thickness...i will wait until full bottle is finished and then see hair results... as of now i m too happy that found o4u sunflower oil for my hair.. guys use 3 times a week regularly at night and wash next morning... i suggest use 3 months atleast....then decide....Thanks o4u

Let me tell something guys... this sunflower oil is just amazing...i have used other brands too but this one has something unique.... it is easy to apply with warmed a bit along with mixture of rosemarry essential and vitamin E capsule.

I used this oil on my face and hair (not regularly) and did notice immediate minor improvements. I used it at night on my face or an hour before shampooing for my hair. Hair looked healthier.
