For skin care:
Step 01— Before going to bed, take 1-2 drops of coconut oil and rub between your palms
Step 02— Massage your neck and face gently in circular motions
Step 03— Leave it overnight to get hydrated skin in the morning

(Not recommended for oily skin; may cause pore clogging resulting into blackheads and whiteheads)

For hair care:
Step 01— Take some coconut oil as per your hair density and warm it slightly
Step 02— Add a few drops of lemon to it and mix together
Step 03— Apply the mixture into your hair roots with fingertips
Step 04— Keep it on for 30-40 mins, then rinse off with a mild shampoo

For baby massage:
Step 01— Before taking the infant to bath, take a few drops of coconut oil and other essential oil and rub it to warm the mixture
Step 02— Massage the infant’s body from toe to head in circular motion.
Step 03— Let it b there for 5-10 minutes
Step 04— Rinse th oil off the infant’s body in shower
