HOW TO USE
Step 01— Add 4 drops turmeric oil to 4 tsp almond oil (or as required)
Step 02— Take mixed oil on your fingertips and massage on the wrinkle/age mark/or the face
Step 03— Wipe off the extra oil
Step 04— Let it stay overnight
For skin rejuvenation:
Step 01— Add 2 drops turmeric oil to 3 tbsp olive oil
Step 02— Take the oil on your fingertips and massage gently on your skin
Step 03— Let the oil stay on your skin overnight
(For best results, use every night before sleeping)
For hair care:
Step 01— Add a few drops of turmeric essential oil to your regular hair oil
Step 02— Massage gently with your fingertips
Step 03— Let it stay for 1-2 hours
Step 04— wash with a mild shampoo
In aroma diffuser:
Step 01— Fill the diffuser with adequate volume of water
Step 02— Add 10-15 drops of turmeric essential oil into it
Step 03— Place the diffuser as per your preference
For aromatherapy:
Step 01— Add 1-2 drops turmeric essential oil to water
Step 02— Dampen clean cloth or cotton ball with this blend
Step 03— Inhale the aroma
