HOW TO USE
Step 01— Mix a few drop of lavender essential oil in 1tsp coconut oil
Step 02— Apply daily after shower
(1 drop of essential oil per tsp any carrier oil for 1% dilution)
For better sleep:
Step 01— Put a few drops of lavender essential oil on your pillow (or handkerchief to avoid stains) before going to bed
In aroma diffuser:
Step 01— Fill the diffuser with adequate volume of water
Step 02— Add 10-15 drops of lavender essential oil into it
Step 03— Place the diffuser as per your preference
For aromatherapy:
Step 01— Add 1-2 drops of lavender essential oil to water
Step 02— Dampen clean cloth or cotton ball with this blend
Step 03— Inhale the aroma
